Is it possible to limit an AI player to a given area so he can't wander off? Ideally with the possibility to remove that limitation later on during the game with an event. Yes, it is possible by using the micro AIs with the [filter_location] tag, depending on what you want your ai-units to perform....

Like zookeeper said, there is nothing incorrect on the code you post (as far as the unit is
side=1
).{IS_LOYAL}

animation: Not actually played that far. The animation bug gives me eye cancer and slowing animations so far that movement looks half way ok (at 0.75 or 0.5), just makes everything else very slow as well. Saurian movement animations are bugged here. Only display somewhat useable on slowed down speed, else they beam back and forth while moving.
