Re: Ice Age Fun and Japhel's Journey
It lives again!!! (not the thread). I finally took my computer to a shop yesterday to try and recover a bit of my data, and lo and behold, it started back up again! Finding my old Wesnoth files, I was able to locate and correct the bugs mentioned previously and uploaded new versions of both IAF (to ...

Re: Ice Age Fun and Japhel's Journey
Bad news, guys. My computer died before I could update you with the latest bug free version of Japhel's Journey. So I have lost all my data. :augh: There's a small chance (maybe) that I can recover the data, but I don't really know. I'm going to take a Wesbreak until further notice. So, for th...

Of course it's not. From a non subjective viewpoint, It's more like a wibbly wobbly ball of timey-wimey... stuff.Midnight_Carnival wrote:'time' is not in any way linear, but our perception thereof is

Re: Ice Age Fun and Japhel's Journey
No problem! I like it when people play my campaigns, and bugs keep that from happening. So, it's almost the weekend, so you guys get a minor update for IAF. It's not much, really, but I put some work into it, so there. :P On 1.10 server it's now version 1.5.6, and these changes were made: Got everyt...

Re: AMLA tree troubles for Mountain_King
Ah, no. Unknown scenario showed up once before removing the line. Then the scenario worked but the AMLA still didn't.
This folder contains one scenario, one map, a main .cfg, and the unit file in question. Expect some missing images.

Re: AMLA tree troubles for Mountain_King
It was that standard "Unknown scenario" error. IIRC the stderr claimed it was because a nonexistent macro is called upon in the last few lines {JAPHEL_FIGHTER}. Correcting the error by removing that macro as I recall just resulted in the same do-nothing code with the only new error message...

AMLA tree troubles for Mountain_King
So, I was messing around and making some edits to a custom AMLA file in BfW 1.11. This caused the scenarios I was working on to stop working. So I I thought, "no big deal, I'll just undo the changes I made and everything will be fine." Not so. Once the scenario had been reloaded again, the...

Re: Ice Age Fun and Japhel's Journey
Thanks Eugen for the error report and AlexeJ for reporting the exact error message. Yes, it appears when I updated the maps in 1.10 to account for the deprecated Ggf, I missed a spot. Map is fixed now and should work properly. :D While I was at it, I uploaded a patched version of JJ that actually al...

Re: Graphic Hunting
I can't seem to find a link to the originals, but on the 1.8 server they are in the rpg creation kit, as dugi pointed out. I used the units in my campaign as well. This zip file contains all the "plant" images from that campaign folder, to save you the work of digging them out. plants.zip ...
