Playing 0.8.1 and get to the Elf castle and speak with the Elf Leader at around turn 17. Fight until the end of scenario and D tells me we don't make it to the forest and lose. What am I not getting here? Is there an exact square I'm supposed to occupy?

I played through this is .7.8, and did ok. Now, when I try it again in .7.11, I get whomped, but good. I see that it was changed in .7.10, but the log doesn't say how it was changed.

I guess fighting all the scorpions is out of the question. I try keeping a dying unit as a decoy and taking the other units across the desert, but the scorps always go for my shamans....
I've received several comments that scenario 3 is rather difficult.
I can't imagine the Orcs being that difficult, so I assume the problem people are having is with naga gaining dominance of the sea, making it very difficult to get to the island and kill the orcish commander there.
I can't figure out how to win the scenario crossing do Owaec and Gweddry have to first touch shore at the same time, or is it necessary to do something else other than just get Owaec and Gweddry to the other side? What SPECIFICALLY needs to be done, since I should have won by now?
