Wiki username already taken

When I tried to login to the Wesnoth wiki using my forum UN and PW, the page displayed an error saying that the password does not match the username. At this I realized that my forum account is not the same as a wiki account. (No, I'm not an idiot, I initally thought that they may be the same similar to how one's forum account = one's wesnoth multiplayer account) So, I tried to create a wiki account with my forum username and password, and it returned that my username is already taken.
Is there a way for me to have a wiki account and a forum account that have the same username? Did I make an error in my signing in?
