voiceover support
I have started looking at adding support for voiceover to wesnoth and have made a (very) rough outline at http://www.wesnoth.org/wiki/VoiceOver

Hi.
I actually looked at this some time back and created a ticket out of it.
It's bug 3162 on Gna.
I even managed to play the voice overs on the game, but since I used the music channel for the voices, they would be lost in the music.
That, me not knowing the code well enough and the fact that I really hated my recorded voice made me stop my investigation. But I still say it's worthy of it. Especially now that Wesnoth 1.0 is out.
Just my opinion.
