Renaming the art forums?

I think this is good enough. It's not the forum names that have been misleading IMO, but the forum descriptions. This should solve that.

So is everyone agreed on this bit, and if we are, could someone please make it so?

Yes, we are agreed and yes someone (I don't know who :b) can make it so.
