Probably not useful, but here it is anyway...
This uses the sail from the pirate galleon stuck on a simple wooden raft.

That raft would be good for the campaign where a group of goblins flee their homeland to escape slavery. I can imagine a gobbo sitting on the raft, with his knees tucked up against his chest, and his arms around his shins.
