Campaign Balance

I've got a mega-post about balancing campaigns that I'm about three quarters of the way through, and something occurred to me: the Building Campaigns wiki page is pretty out of date. Would anyone object to me reworking it to be similar to what Building Scenarios is right now? I think that if it were updated, it would answer a lot of the "how do i make campaigns?~?!!?!?!?!?!?!?~?!~?" questions that pop up.

Anybody object to me reworking that section of the wiki?

Didn't you already post this mega-post about campaign balance, though, or do you have another one?

That was scenario balance. This is campaign balance.

I feel a new campaign balance update should be done - this will draw a new updated attention to it and readdress developments since the last one.
