What tools you guys convert the music into .ogg ?

I use lame for convert mp3 to wav, but I have not tool converting the .wav file into .ogg file.
Does anybody know what kind of tool is good for this work on Linux?

for Macs you can get a plugin at http://illadvised.com/~jordy/QTOggVorbis.dmg which allows QuickTime to play ogg files. I am not sure about export, however.

Stupid question; but what do you use to make music? I know that Audacity ( the onle sound editor i've used) exports to ogg.

You can convert .wav and .aif into .ogg on a Mac using "oggdrop".

For those asking this question relating to Windows (98SE), I believe Goldwave can Save As .ogg. 8)
