So far I have little experience with such things but I can try to improve my skills a bit
Github is the easiest, so I'll create a repo with that.

My account is ready, did you already start? How many people are involved?

It's up!

https://github.com/TheShadowOfHassen/Sc ... e-Reforged

I'm going to look over the campaign and make a list of changes I want to make. I'll share that here and upload it to the repo.

Ok so if you want to add anything just fork and open a PR. I suggest you get Github desktop (https://desktop.github.com/) it makes it easier.

I'm not convinced, I liked the mad despiriation of the last level and I'm worried that the orcs v trolls might negate that.
We don't have many examples of dwarf-troll cooperation in mainlines, adding it here seems rather natural due to common danger

It could work as an option, also though to keep the chaos the dragon might send some more of his wyrmlets...

I'm keeping every possibility currently on the table. It would be nice to get more feedback/ ideas but I suppose the majority of people are now on discord.

A nice innovation would be to enlarge the dwarven city and with ability to explore it (Durnstorn's throne room, runsmiths' school, jeweler's salon, armory)

Even if that's a very nice portrait, it doesn't seem to match the style of Wesnoth?

Just in case - AI art isn't currently allowed.

HolyPaladin said he used AI to make it. He didn't know it was against the rules. But that's Ok. I don't think we need to worry about art until later.

I thought that might be the case too, but I didn't read closely.

After yesterday's played again Sceptre of Fire I am coming with another needed changes I noticed

Amount of Glildur's bodyguards now depends on difficulty level
Haldric's soldiers are defending caravans instead of attacking Glildur's castle
Haldric has more gold
In Closing the Gates Baglur mentions being overrun by elves. We may use it to expand my mentioned retrospection of battle between dwarves and elves where drarves won thanks to Thursagan
Gate is not impossible to be denstructed but is just strong
Dialogue between Rugnur i Baglur in Closing the Gates is whispers (what's different from loud dialogue between Rugnur and Glildur)
Reduce cost of boxes with fighting help (cost simoliarly as one unit but is not equally good, same case with Thursagan's help)
Rugnur cannot become runsmith
After closing gates Glildur and Baglur have no dialogue (how could they even hear each other?)
Rugnur explain Baglur whole situation before Baglur explain it to Durnstorn
Baglur knows well location of Thursagan's house
Krawg has resilient trait
Thursagan's house has specific place, no random
"Gathering materials" scenario don't looks interesting or promising, can be removed after finding alternative
Dwarvish miner as basic dwarf unit (more on this topic here viewtopic.php?t=57995)
Thursagan seems to have good relations with Theganli unlike with Durnstorn, let's make it like Theganli is one of dwarfs that remembers Thursagan before his depart
Disobedience - Thursagan convinces Rugnur and dwarves to not taking part in storming, it goes by easy beacuse dwarves are not willing to fight their race, offended Durnstorn gets mad and armies just standing against each other without fight until Glildur comes, both clans fight together to force them to retreat but assasin elvish avenger kills Glonoin and most of Snorbear dwarfs. Remaining ones joins our team and give us their tools
Durnstorn rehabilites himself defending the doors to cave from mercenaries
In current version gryphons join from nowhere and so far from place where Krawg joined, how to solve it?
Lord Aeseri should have more informasions or don't have title of lord (maybe even better to just replace this scenario with few others)
Dwarfs fight and defeat Krakrahs
Saugrath removed from map as already destroyed
Glildur was taking part in denstruction of Saugrath, he is very pround from massive infancide he commited (that would fix his cruel character)
