I think that a mounted, armored horseman, when defending, wouldn't move very much at all - just stand firm and sturdy. So, we probably just want his shield displayed more prominently, and that's it.

OK, i think this is somewhat like Dave wanted.
Now i have completely finished the paladin images...they can be added to the game, if you like them.

I kind of like the rearing Horseman defense image myself. Maybe Paladin horses would be braver though.

well, it would be good if we could reach a consensus. i have already done two versions of the image, one using each idea. i personally like the rearing horse better, but we will use whichever most people prefer.

maybe we should start a poll on the topic, if it is so hard to decide.
