I haven't really found the right place ? Should it be in multiplayer or will there be a "map Editor" section in the forum ?
Should I by a pair of glasses because the section does already exist ?

It doesn't exist. And AFAIK (but I haven't been updated for a while), it isn't the most active part of the development, so I don't think it has to have its own section.

Campaign and scenario development is probably the most fitting place. Or techical support. Or multiplayer development. Or user's forum. Depends on what your question is about, obviously.
