Elf Theme

Post by Aleksi »

Since everybody is having a creative period here in the music section i decided to pause my other projects for today and made a move for Wesnoth. Here is an extract of the Elf's Theme i made.
There is a little glitch towards the end, nevermind it.
Ok the slow part will be longer and there will be more transitions. its just a start. But i'm pretty happy about it.

You will also get a preview of the power of my new sampler. Made with Macintosh! Mouha ha ha haaaaaa...

I like it.

Note to self: need to learn how to change the volume of instruments in midtrack using rosegarden.

I love the beginning, it's very calming and slow, the violin piece is just beautiful. This is going to be a great soundtrack.

Oh my gosh! What just happened at 2:19?!? Talk about a huge change in tempo and volume. Woah! I had to crank up my speakers to hear parts of the beginning, but it sure picks up. One suggestion: maybe the beginning parts should be a tiny bit louder so they are easier to hear?

Yes it will be louder. I'm just playing with the volume a bit. It gets pretty loud!

Perhaps I will in-game.

Well.... err.... I'm just overwhelmed by work in this period and i unfortunally don't have too much time for Wesnoth... So i stoped promising stuff i can't do. Maybe i'll have something coming... :o
