Aragwaith Unit Images 2.0

Post by Shadow »

Over the time I´ve collected some new units. Who is intersted can get them and I´ll animate them some of them I´ve already posted but they have changed a little bit and the animations must be improved if someone needs them.

Can I have the very first line on the list for SE? It looks like it would fit better for Madru than a duelist, plus duelists can't advance...

Man, I could take the whole lot.
I won't ask for them until I'm ready to use them, which won't be for a long time.

Of course :)

But any wishes for a ranged attack? Because He wasn´t supposed to carry a ranged weapon.

These guys have a mid-eastern feeling to them for some reason...

The first row almost looks like it has a turban. :D

But, really, wonderful pieces of art.

Very nice - you're starting to get that "shading" thing down.

I especially like the polearms you've given those fellows - I might copy some of that stuff.

Either these would be great units for people to cut and paste as campaign special units, or they might make for a faction of their own, seeing as how they all match in colors.

This week, I'm going to try and get some of the work you've done on dwarves polished up and into CVS.

I could just remove the ranged attack from his. His portrait doesn't carry a crossbow either.

P.S.: It would also be _greatly_ appreciated in you could look at the Elvish Mariner/Navigator/Admiral images, and improve them/make them fit with the new elves. I don't trust my pixel skills enough to do this...

Feel free to use everything you need.

I´ll take a look at your Mariner/Navigator/Admiral

I´ll try to make the animations for all of them but It will just take some time.

Because of the growing use of these Units (From null to zero)

I´ve decided that I´ll probably make them to a multiplayer faction.

These is what I´ve finished and partly animated.

I thought something about mercenaries.

I do like heroes with rough edges.
I thought first as a faction and the second the good thing about mercenaries is they work for everyone who pays them it would be cool if it could be implemented that every faction could choose at the beginning 2 mercenaries they can recruit over the game.

They make me think of desert warriors (arabian-style fighters).

They'd need fast, nimble white steeds though.
