v1.17.26
Hi,
Just downloaded v1.17.26 for Windows and noticed that two logs are created when the game starts; a regular log file and an "out.log" files which always seems to be zero bytes long.
Apologies if this is a known issue/the correct behaviour.
Here are a couple of screen grabs;
When game is started (apologies, didn't resize the window first): When game has just been exited:
Also seems to me that v17 generally seems to load larger/more complex scenarios/maps rather less swiftly than 1.16?
Haven't really investigated but I am playtesting a campaign I'm porting to v17 from v16 and some transitions from the story screen(s) to when the scenario map is displayed does seem slower for what is essentially the same map and code.

The two logs are present because of a limitation in Windows, so that's intended. It'd be hard to say anything about loading times without more/more specific data though.

If I can narrow down factors influencing the apparent loading delay I think I'm seeing I'll post them on this forum.
