Tournament is played on 1.18 Wesnoth Version, and start on 29 April

Registration will last till 25 April, to join write your Team Name, the Server Nicknames and your Timezone (UTC).

Rounds:
R1:
1. Win = 3 points
Draw = 1 point
Loss = 0 points
Techincal Loss = -2 points
2. First Pairing will be random, in the next Rounds Lowest Scores are against eachothers, the same applies for Highest Score Teams. [Same Teams fighting eachothers will be avoided as much as possible]
3. Round Timeframe: Total Rounds [3]
- Rounds have a Duration of 1 week.
- In a Round, you will be playing 2 Matches against the accordingly paired Opponents.
- Each Match is played on (randomly) choosen Maps.
(Expect for Isar's Cross which i will personally choose as one of the First to be played! xD)
- When Teams encounter a Map that has already been played by both, it will be re-rolled.
4. Top 4 & Final
- Double-Elimination format used for Top 4 with Bo1 matches
- Finals with Bo5 matches
5. Game scheduling Players are encouraged to Communicate through PMs [forum private message] to their opponents to arrange time for a game. The game must be played and finished within Round Timeframe. Once a game time is decided, it should be announced on forums.
6. Player lateness/technical issues If players are late by more than 15 minutes for a scheduled game, they will lose the game by forfeit. The opposing team has to report it to the Organiser by providing a time-stamped screenshot.
If any technical issues arise, the game is allowed to be postponed (by save and reload). At this time, it is expected that the teams arrange a suitable time with each other and repost the new time on the thread. The game must be finalised within the remaining Round Timeframe. If the postponing team is not in contact during this time, the postponing team will end with a Technical Loss.
If a player vanishes without a word or is not present for 2 rounds, the team is disqualified. Alternatively a substitute may replace an absent player permanently; If ripetition of this situation by the same Team happens, there will be a 3 points loss.
7. Cheating and other abuses
Cheating will result in a ban from the tournament. Observers with same player IP-address will be counted as cheating after investigation. The opposing team will score a Win.
Verbal insults, propaganda, religious and political disputes from Players won't be managed by the Organiser, instead contact a multiplayer moderator.

Spam, Flooding and Observer interference/hints are strictly forbidden and might result in a ban.

10. Various
Players may:
- Ask opponent to disable timer, if both Teams agreed, timer will be disabled.
- Ask for a draw after turn 35, if both Teams agreed, draw will be given.
Players can:
- Choose faction.
- Mute observers.
Players can't:
- Ban other players; Ban caused by ignore list, Ban before game starts and any other form of Banning cause of a grudge
- Kick.
- Choose leader.
Player HAVE to:
- Game's Title should be like this:
"[DST#4] (Round number) {Team1} vs {Team2}"
- After the match ends, one of the players have to post the replay here.

I'd like 2v2 (dst) more, since we currently played a lot 1v1 with LT. The last 2v2 was a quite a while now. Currently if you want to play 2v2 you usually will join isar playing with a random teammate, what's quite a different experience from a team mate where you can team up better.
UR is interesting too, a tournament there clearly must be done at one point.
Anyway, I also don't want to play for too long, dst took halve of a year if I remember correctly. But that could be adjusted based on a voting.

I would slightly prefer UR 1v1 with the draft system but at 7-0 my vote doesn't matter and 2v2 sounds fun too. I wonder if 2v2 works well with UR? Maybe someone will test UR with me so I can get a feel for it, my concern is that players select both loyal and chaotic units and it becomes more defensive.
As for the start date ig... I don't see much reason for a big gap between LT and this one so maybe like 1-2 weeks after LT ends? I feel like the ladder scene really thins out within a few weeks of a LT ending and thus this could start soon afterwards.
