multiplayer quitting, disconnection
There probably has been a thread about this back somewhere, but i haven't seen it, so here goes. An incredibly annoying event in multiplayer is when someone logs out with no observers, forcing the game to end. Some possible solutions would be A) to have the computer take over a quitted( grammar) side, or B) simply having all their units dissapear and the game continue. This would be controlled by the host, as this could make games with allies unfair
Freedom is the ability to say one plus one equals two. When that occurs, all else follows.

After someone quits, then (if his leader is still alive) dialog box with some options appeard on host's screen. Possible options:
- Abort game - you know how it ends
- AI take control - yes - it is possible
- local player take control (host take control)
- observer take control
Other possiblity is to give control to one of players from command mode.

I agree. This was proposed before, but just not implemented.appleide wrote:It would be great if there was another menu named "server" that gives you automatically server commands. That way, even a newbie game would run smoothly.Dragonking wrote: Other possiblity is to give control to one of players from command mode.
