I'm not sure if this is actually case-sensitive, but the code is sometimes using "IE_Lavinian", sometimes using "IE_lavinian".

You can put preprocessor directives inside an event, but that doesn't mean the preprocessor will actually run when the event occurs. A button or a command line option wouldn't be too hard. Well, 1.18.0 has been tagged already, so I doubt the bug is going to be fixed before the release. (Maybe it could be fixed in 1.18.1 or a later bugfix release.)
