Those are not bugs:
1. This happens when you are too powerful and the AI deems it suicidal to attack you. I've seen it as well, since I buffed my defense as much as possible, having it at 100% in some terrains.
2. Those units had the berserk feat, that's all.

Nice little gem. Works fine on 1.18, except that the unit description doesn't show the resistance upgrades (but are taken into account in combat).

Ups, somehow forgot to enter that city. It's the version before the latest, on 1.18. The second ending overview throws an invalid pango syntax error. If you become a blackguard that's already game over. I started with the thieves, then they suggested getting cosy with the guards and then nothing. I don't remember having trouble picking up multiple things on the same hex in one go, it just creates more popups.

I find it odd that you don't have anything to do with the lowest gems. Everytime I get a new faction, Konrad's might is on the menu for most of them. Marksmanship is really important in some scenarios.

Konrad2's Desert note applies to Tundra too. I cleared the map around turn 40/150 (on easy) and then just went through another day cycle to see if anything interesting would spawn. Could have easily farmed xp and souls until the end.

Probably inventory, but I'm not sure I had anything appropriate. She came with the rest of the elves to Tundra. Will let you know if it happens again, I'll continue tommorow with the save when this happened.
