(1) What difficulty level and version of Wesnoth have you played the scenario on?
1.18.0, Dominant (Hard), with biased RNG
(2) How difficult did you find the scenario? (1-10)
10.
To kill the northwestern merfolk leader ASAP needs luck, and he will recruit a kraken anyway. If not, the naga ally will doom in 10 turns and you will face 4 recruits per turn, plus 3-4 krakens that have 5*10 melee and 8*3 ranged poisonous pierce, and some L2 veteran if lucky.
(3) What did you think about the dialog and story?
Clear.
(4) What were the major challenges you faced?
Fighting the kraken with a weak army that already suffered a lot against the merfolk initial recruits.
(5) How fun do you think the scenario is? (1-10)
2. First time to admit that L1 merfolk are so powerful :)
(6) What suggestions do you have to make it more fun?
Change the serpent and krakens to L2 units. And decrease the turn limit to 15 or so.

(1) What difficulty level and version of Wesnoth have you played the scenario on?
Easy. v1.18. I should note that my version of "easy" has two self-imposed "ironman" rules: #1 No save-scumming, you roll with the RNG no matter how unlucky you are. #2 If you are defeated, the whole campaign is over and it's back to the first level.
(2) How difficult did you find the scenario? (1-10)
2. The eastern merfolk leader went off his keep and died almost immediately, though I appreciate that there was a lore reason given for that.
(3) What did you think about the dialog and story?
Good. In most Wesnoth campaigns it seems you’re fighting the naga and allied with merfolk, so this was a nice switch.
(4) What were the major challenges you faced?
Getting used to drakes-in-the-water combat. Due to the watery terrain, Gliders with their better evasion were the unit of choice.
(5) How fun do you think the scenario is? (1-10)
6.
(6) What suggestions do you have to make it more fun?
Maybe just make a note for the player that killing all enemies will end the scenario early. I was mildly surprised when both merfolk leaders were killed and the scenario kept going; it only ended when the krakens were killed too. Also, despite this being the 4th level in the campaign, it was easier than the previous 3 levels; perhaps it was a little too easy...
