Or perhaps someone of the forum emperor designation.
It would certainly be helpful in giving new campaign authors a way to make their own art as opposed to filling the art forum with requests. They can just be referenced here in the future to give them a start.
Stickied.

Re: Franken-Pack
Handy, but all this antialias blur around these parts means that I would get better and faster results if I cut them out myself, so it's quite obsolete. The weapons Tivinu posted, on the other hand, are much easier to work with.
EDIT: I have an idea, why limit this resource to just cut outs of existing material? How about creating brand new pieces to be used for construction?

Re: Franken-Pack
You're welcome to if you'd like, but we have more than enough to do from a pixel art perspective without trying to create modular frankensteining stuff. You can cut new bits off new units as they're completed.

Re: Franken-Pack
works pretty well for static units. animations are still tough though.
Re: Franken-Pack
Frankly, I could imagine that axe *maybe* as an item. But not in the hand of a sprite... it's the wrong size, and the angle isn't right.
Re: Franken-Pack
it's possible it could replace the Troll Warrior's hammer as well. It would have to be two-handed at that size, and I can't think of any other units posed to wield it.
Re: Franken-Pack
Hey folks,
This looks pretty sweet. Can I archive it on my website?
http://opengameart.org
If so, what's the license? GPL 2? GPL 3?
Thanks!
Bart

Re: Franken-Pack
Same as the game, so GPL2, i think. As long as you make it clear that it is GPL, I don't think that there should be a problem with archiving it elsewhere.

Re: Franken-Pack
I don´t know if this is right thread to ask this, but are somewhere done animations for the 3 wolfs goblin riders are riding on? I could find only lvl1 wolf (in images/monsters), but not lvl 2 and 3.

Re: Franken-Pack
No. But the wolves are all getting revamped anyway. It pays to follow proceedings in the closed Art Dev section.

Re: Franken-Pack
Okay, I will wait for them than.
Re: Franken-Pack
i think it might be possible to have selected certain parts for the basic sprite, and then u could have the cerain parts in differant movement poses.
Re: Franken-Pack
Thank you Harion that would be awesome. I can't wait to see your new frankenpack for animators.
