Finally I finished the Silver Archmage. It is based on the Wood's Druid sprite from the Woods Era (obviously made by some Italian guy).
I do not like idea of the Golden Mage because level4 unit must look greater than so plain recoloring. So I did that Silver Archmage, and it took really huge amount of time.
Now it is fully done, with female variation and teleportation animations. Also this unit has the ability I called 'translucence'. The unit is invisible at night, dawn and dusk. This magical bottle he/she carries is in use for this purpurse. I think given it is said in the description of Silver Mage that "..an order which withholds certain secrets from their peers. One of these is an apparent ability to cross great distances..." there must be other secret abilities than teleportation and invisibility is really a great secret that the Silver Mage Order can posess. Below are screen of all sprites, .png files of sprites in archive, and unit .cfg file and utils .cfg file for 'translucence' ability.

Anyone ever saw level3 Gryphon anywhere? Not lvl3 Gryphon Rider but a simple lvl3 Gryphon?
I need it for my campaign. Zaryal goona to have some loyal pet Gryphons beginning from lvl1 that would advance to lvl3 through the Chapter III. Much more powerful birds than traditional khalifate Falcons.
I just wonder if a simple resize and recoloring of the head will do. I do not have time to put much efforts into this.

I searched for one when putting together monsters faction, but didnt find any.

The resizing of the gryphon is not bad but it doesn't look quite right with such a tan coloured head.

Now all 6 campaign's mages as if they all at the same time advanced to Silver Archmages. At the day, so they do not look semi-transparent.

Its pretty good but looks unatural for a gryphon (but of coarse gryphons being fake and I being a neither a gryphon nor a very good artist cant really say much )

I finished the work over lvl3 gryphon today, called it Elder Gryphon. Made it a bit larger, 136*136 and with the lighter color for the head but still golden-like.
In the screenshot below Zaryal with his loyal pet gryphons. Of course he will start with lvl1 Young Gryphons but I put 3 different levels here to show the difference.
Also I put here all it's sprites in the archive and a .cfg file for it.

i think the elder gryphon would look better if all of it's feather were golden-like

I would like to make that, but that wouldnt be logical. As you can see, the clear trend is that it's feather becomes darker with the age. The last thing I was in need is Velendar's portrait as a Silver mage.
I had no choice except frankensteining Velendar's (footpad's) head to the portrait of the default Silver mage.
And also I do not want Velendar to be fat as the default silver mage, so I had to make him slimmer.
I think I achieved both goals. For that in fact I made a pixel work over the portrait, but finally it is over.
I will update 'A Whim of Fate' soon with the first scenario of Chapter III and other adjustments for previous chapters.

It has been really a long time since I published .gif animations for lvl0 Orcish Peon in this thread but I never put them in the .cfg file, I was not even completely sure I was going to use it in my campaign. But yesterday I finished considering tactical part of 3rd scenario of Chapter III of 'A Whim of Fate' and I got that I am going to use him here, so today I finished .cfg file for it and tested it in the scenario. I am quite satisfied with the results.
I publish files there so they can be used in UMC stuff by anyone.

Today I want to reveal some more materials concerning my campaign.
Aside of orcish peon in the next scenario there would be another new unit. In fact it is a feminized Goblin Jinx from Swamplings campaign (originally it is from Promised Land campaign). So I only edited the breast of the goblin to create a female sprite.The fact is that to this sprite perfecty fits a portrait of Misris heroine from Swamplings campaign (strangely she have no unique sprite there).
This will be lvl0 unit with 16 HP and 4-3 cold ranged attack no melee and also heals+2 ability. Would be available for recruit. And also I made two variations of a mounted jinx, this exclusively for a heroine that will be called Misris, in the name of heroine from Swamplings campaign.
Level 3 riding a great wolf (based on a goblin knight) and level4 is riding a direwolf. So a new heroine will have both a melee attack of a wolf and a cold attack of a jinx and also heals+4 ability.
