[Complete] Fast#5, wesnothlife tournament
Date: 5-6 of October.
Time: from 13:30 to 22:00 (Mosсow, UTC+3).
Prizes: Keys to Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit, Stronghold 3 Gold, Rogue Legacy

Rules:
1.Amount of main players -- 16. If there would be more players that players with least raiting on wesnothlife will play in qualifying round, which begins 5th of October in 10:30 (Mosсow, UTC+3).
2. Qualifying round, 1/8, 1/4 and 1/2 plays 5th of October, final and 3rd place match -- 6th.
(3), (4), (16) happen IN chat of game room, where game hosters will make a log AND host picked map.
3. Qualifying round, 1/8, 1/4, 1/2 and 3rd place match have format best of one, map for each game decided by players by banning map from pool(each player bans 3 maps in turn(1st player, 2nd player, 1st player ...). Game will be played on last map.
4. Final has format best of 3, 1st map decided like in (3), next one is pick by loser of the last game.
5. First tour games and finals/3-rd place match are playing in the same time, other games as 2 players are ready to play their match.
6. Max delay of starting 1st tour game is 30 mins then the opponent gets technical win.
7. If one of the players leaves the game, his opponent oblidged to notify judge and wait for 20 mins. If he won't return then the opponent gets technical win.
8. After game ends, winner must load replay on tournament website, loser must notify judge.
9. When player goes to next tour, he waites end of his future opponent game end, and when his opponent appear they have a 20 mins break. If one of the players won't come after break, his opponent will get technical win.
10. Games will be hosted automatically with name "[Fast #5] {Player1} vs {Player2} (stage)"
11. Forbidden to use observers with same IP-address as player's. After 3 tries, opponent of such player gets technical win
12. Game settings: timer 240-240-240-0, shuffle sides, no mirror, map settings

13. Player gets win if his opponent:
а) wrote gg (good game).
b) quited without warning the player and didn't come back in 15 mins
c) lost leader.
d) refused to obey the organizer's request.
e) connected to stream of his game
f) quited from game more than 3 times
14. Spam, propaganda, insults, religious and political disputes are prohibited in the chat. In principle, in the chat you can only discuss the game.
15. Players mustn't play in 2 or more windows.
16. Such colors used: "red", "green", "purple", "orange", "white", "teal". You can pick color in game room by typing "color red" or something.
17. If game length is 50 turns and/or more than 4 hours, judge CAN on his own choose pick one of the players as winner of the match.
In game room you can call help for getting more information of your extended abilities.
