Chinese still can't be displayed in Windows correctly.
GNU/Linux is very good, it can display Chinese characters in other font automatically when you use a font that contains only English characters as default.
In Wesnoth running on GNU/Linux , it can display Chinese when you use western language.
But when running on Windows, it will display Chinese characters as blocks when using English.
I don't mind about it, because I'm a Chinese, and using GNU/Linux. And supposing you can see Chinese characters, you can't understand it, it is too complex. (The most difficult and complex language in the world.)
Maybe I am grumbling for western users. I don't want to trouble developers, fix it if it's easy and necessary. Otherwise, don't mind about it.
